PhotoBooth, 360 glam, video & audio guestbook in Auckland
The part of the night your guests talk about on Monday. A styled photobooth or a 360 glam booth running alongside your reception — run by the same team already covering your wedding, so it just works.
Check your datesSuperGibo runs a styled photobooth and a 360 glam booth at Auckland weddings and corporate events. Guests get instant prints, GIFs and digital copies on the night, and you receive the full booth gallery afterwards. An attendant runs it, and it is booked as an add-on.
Your guests become
the entertainment
The booth in action — a full reception, start to finish
Wedding film
Your photographer is with you — portraits, family, the dance floor. The booth is where everyone else gets their moment: grandparents with props, the groomsmen’s increasingly ambitious group shots, workmates who came for the party. By the end of the night the booth has quietly photographed almost every guest at your wedding — a whole second gallery your photographer could never have covered alone.
The 360 glam booth takes it further: guests step on the platform and a camera sweeps around them in slow motion — the videos land in group chats before the night is over.
Because the booth comes from us, it matches the rest of your wedding: styled to your reception, coordinated with your MC and timeline, and set up and packed down without you thinking about it once.
Five booths
Five ways to keep a room busy
Most companies hire you a booth. We run the booth with the same crew shooting your photos and film — so the look matches, the timing works around your speeches, and there is one team to talk to instead of two.
Photo booth & prints
Unlimited instant photo strips, printed in about ten seconds. Props, a backdrop that suits your room, and an attendant who keeps the queue moving and the props off the floor.
Guests take a strip home. You get every frame afterwards.
360 glam booth
A camera arm orbits the platform and turns four seconds into a slow-motion clip with beauty-grade lighting. It is the booth people queue twice for, and the one that ends up on Instagram before the dessert lands.
Video booth
Guests sit down and talk to the camera — a message, a story, a warning about the honeymoon. Studio lighting, clean audio, and faces rather than a disembodied voice.
Because we are already filming your day, the best of it can be cut straight into your wedding film.
Audio guestbook
A retro handset on a table. Guests pick up, hear your greeting, and leave a message after the beep. No screen, no queue, no performance — which is exactly why the shy ones and the grandparents use it.
Every recording delivered after the event.
Signature booth
Guests print, sign the border, and mount it on a board or in a frame you take home the same night. A guestbook people actually fill in, and a wall of faces by the end of the night.
Popular for awards nights, company functions and milestone birthdays.
Video or voice
Why a video booth beats a voice recording — and when it doesn’t
An audio guestbook gives you a voice. A video booth gives you the voice, the face, the pause before the punchline, and your uncle gesturing with a drink in his hand. Ten years on, that difference is not small — it is the difference between hearing someone and seeing them.
Video also has somewhere to go. A voice file sits in a folder. A video message can be cut into your wedding film, sent to the people who could not travel, or played at an anniversary.
The honest counter-argument: some guests will not sit in front of a camera. Older relatives, anyone who hates being filmed, and everyone who has just discovered the bar. They will happily pick up a telephone in a quiet corner, because a handset does not feel like a performance.
So we do not think one replaces the other. Run both and you get the room twice — the extroverts on video, everyone else on the phone. Most of the messages we love most came off the handset.
Your strip, your design
The print people keep on the fridge
Every strip is designed for your event, not pulled from a template — your names and date, your invitation palette, or your logo for a corporate night. The same design carries across to the digital overlay, GIFs and boomerangs.

Instant everything
In their hands before they sit back down
Guests leave with a printed strip in about ten seconds, and the digital version — photo, GIF, boomerang or video — lands on their phone before they are back at the table. No app to download, no sign-up.
- QR code Scan the screen, files download. The fastest option, and the one most guests use.
- AirDrop Straight to an iPhone, no typing, no network needed.
- Text message Enter a number, it arrives in seconds.
- Email For anyone who wants it filed somewhere sensible.
- Live gallery link One link for the whole room, filling up in real time. Share it in the group chat and everyone sees every frame.
- Your full gallery Every photo, GIF, boomerang and video from the night, delivered to you afterwards in full resolution.
Vintage or modern
A booth that suits the room
Vintage
An enclosed booth with a curtain, warm bulbs and a brass-and-timber finish. It suits heritage rooms, old halls and anywhere the styling leans classic — and the curtain is what makes people brave.
Modern
Open-air, minimal, or the full-length mirror booth. Fits eight people instead of four, takes better group shots, and disappears against a clean marquee or a modern venue.
Not sure which? Send us a photo of the room and we will tell you which one fits, honestly — including when the answer is neither.

Booking a booth alongside wedding photography or film? Bundled rates are lower than hiring the booth on its own — ask and we will price it both ways so you can see the difference.
Combos
Stack them, and the night has three different queues
The booths work harder together than alone. Prints for the ones who want something in their hand, the 360 for the ones who want something to post, and video or the telephone for the ones with something to say.
Common pairings: prints + 360 for a reception that needs energy; prints + video booth when you want messages as well as laughs; 360 + signature booth for a gala, where guests post the clip and sign the wall on the way out. Any booth can be added to a wedding photo or film package, and bundling is cheaper than hiring the booth on its own.
The booth in action

Before you ask
Does the booth need anything from our venue?
Just power and a corner of floor space — we confirm the details directly with your venue so you don’t have to relay measurements. We set up before guests arrive and pack down quietly.
Is there someone running it all night?
Yes — the booth comes hosted. An attendant keeps it running, keeps the props tidy and gets the shy guests in front of the camera.
Do guests get prints on the night?
Yes — the classic PhotoBooth prints on the spot, so guests walk away with a photo in hand, plus GIFs and digital copies to their phones. The 360 booth shares slow-motion videos the same way.
Do we get all the photos and videos afterwards?
Yes. Guests get their own on the night, and you receive the full booth gallery after the wedding — it is the funniest album of the whole set.
Can we book the booth without photography?
The booths are add-ons to our wedding and event coverage — they are best value paired with a package. Running an event without us shooting it? Ask and we will see what is possible for your date.
What is the video booth?
A mode on the same photobooth stand where guests record video messages for you — mic and extra lighting included. The videos are delivered to you within 24–72 hours of the wedding, and the video booth is 50% off when booked with a prints package.
What does it cost?
Booth hire starts from NZ$805 including GST, and the 360 + photobooth combo is the most booked. Pricing depends on the booth, hours and your package — enquire with your date and reception venue and we will send current options.
How much is photo booth hire in Auckland?
Our booths start at NZ$805 for four hours, GST included, delivered, set up and packed down within Auckland. Prints, the 360 glam booth, the video booth and extra hours are priced on top, and a booth costs less when it is added to a wedding photo or film package than hired on its own. Tell us the date, the venue and rough guest numbers and we will send the full price list.
What is the difference between a 360 booth and a photo booth?
A photo booth takes stills and prints them — guests walk away holding something. A 360 booth spins a camera around a platform and produces a slow-motion video clip, which is made to be posted rather than printed. They do different jobs, which is why a lot of receptions run both.
Can we have prints and a video booth at the same event?
Yes, and it is the pairing we would suggest first. Prints keep the queue moving and give people something to take home; the video booth collects the messages. They run side by side, and the video booth is half price when it is booked with a prints package.
Is an audio guestbook better than a video booth?
They catch different things. Video gets the face and can be cut into your wedding film; the telephone gets the guests who would never sit in front of a camera — usually the older ones, and usually the messages you end up replaying. If you can only have one, pick the video booth. If you can have both, have both.
Do you do corporate photo booth hire?
Yes — gala dinners, awards nights, Christmas parties, product launches, brand activations, conferences and expos. Branded strip design and digital overlays are included, we can supply the data capture for marketing events, and we invoice on account.
How do guests get their photos?
A printed strip in about ten seconds, and the digital copy by QR code, AirDrop, text or email — no app, no sign-up. There is also a live gallery link that fills up during the night, and your full-resolution gallery afterwards.
How much space does a booth need?
Roughly 2×2m for the photo booth, 2.5×2.5m for the 360 with a safe walkway around the arm, and a small table with a quiet corner for the audio guestbook. We need a standard power point within about five metres.
Do you travel outside Auckland?
Yes. Booths travel to Hamilton, the Waikato, the Bay of Plenty and Northland regularly, and further for multi-day weddings. Travel is quoted with the booking.
