What this is
Ten years of working it out, in one place
I have shot 20–50 weddings a year since 2015 and went full-time in 2024. The Lab is where the teaching side lives, kept separate from the wedding pages so couples and photographers are not reading each other’s mail.
Nothing here is theory. It is what worked, what did not, and what cost me money to learn.

A focused session on whatever is actually stuck — pricing, posing, lighting a dark reception, culling faster, or getting enquiries to convert. Online, or in person in Auckland.
On a real day
Second-shooting days
Come out on an actual wedding. The timeline, the family-group chaos, the low-light reception, and the recovery when it rains — the parts a workshop cannot stage.

Not a pack built for a sales page. These are the presets and LUTs running on real Auckland weddings — harsh midday sun, tungsten receptions, marquees at dusk, and the mixed lighting that ruins most presets.
Written guides come with them, because a preset that you cannot adjust is worth very little.
